I'm not receiving emailed Form submissions

    Hello. Lately I have not been receiving my Form submissions through email. They appear in my submission folder, however.

    Other colleagues who are listed in a form’s Send To box are receiving their email submissions, but I’m not for some reason. I’ve recently tried reassigning different forms to my various email accounts, and I’m still not receiving them (weird…)

    This was going on before the WordPress update, by the way.

    Dear Michael,

    You can try using SMTP, which should always work.

    You can use this plugin for example: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/webriti-smtp-mail/
    Setting up an external SMTP server, such as GMail should work. But GMail requires authentication.

    Mailer: smtp
    SMTP Authentication: yes
    SMTP Security: SSL
    SMTP Port: 465
    SMTP Username: your gmail full address
    SMTP Password: your gmail password
    SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com
