I’m not receiving my form submissions

I use CF7 and I had trouble once not receiving emails… it was SMTP stuff.

Have the same problem since a few days. But i recieve like 1 of 5 messages. Im using with AVADA Theme.

Yes I am as of a couple of days ago also not receiving submissions, although the customer/form filler does get their response and copy of order – I do not get mine sent to an Outlook account email.

Always worked in past – I can do basic changes on the site, add new pages etc but I’m no web designer…

Not yet – our web hoster has changed servers and done some DNS stuff? Im no expert on that but he said it should solve it in 24 hrs…

The easiest way of solving this is by using a config plugin (SMTP Settings, for example, is reaaally easy).

1. Install
2. Set all the info (port, host, etc)
3. Magic!

You can send test mail and monitor the config by using that plugin ??
