I'm not seeing the layout like in the screenshot.

    Hi,
    You need to specify Excerpt under each team member editor.
    And if you specify social links and use all team members profile on single page you should see the icons.

    I have specified an Excerpt but it is not showing the Excerpt, but rather a portion of the beginning with an elipsis. There are only social links for one member, and I have checked the box to enable them for that member but they are not showing.

    After adding feature images, I am seeing the photos above the posts.

    You need to check your theme if there is any filter for exerpt.
    social links will show if you use all members full profile on single page.
    or you need to edit theme template.
