    Hi mythusmage,

    A valid PDF source is just a valid path to any PDF file. The best way to use it with your WordPress installation is to upload the PDF to your Media Library and copy the file source from that.

    eg. “https://dobsondev.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/DobsonDev-Shortcodes-v0_671.pdf”

    Once you have that you just use it within the shortcode as follows:

    [embedPDF source="https://dobsondev.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/DobsonDev-Shortcodes-v0_671.pdf"]

    You can also use something like Amazon S3 or whatever to host the file if you want to. Hopefully that helps out!
