    I’m stuck out, I can not log in!
    Wordfence locked me out!
    I tried to recover password option, but only get this message:
    “You have been locked out, due to too many invalid login attempts.”
    I have access to cPanel and FTP, but do not know what to do.
    Any help please?

    Hi Dalton,

    A fast way to regain access is to go into your WordPress site via FTP and rename the Wordfence plugin folder to something else. That will immediately disable it.

    So if your wordfence installation is in:

    wp-content/plugins/wordfence

    rename it to
    wp-content/plugins/wordfence.disabled

    And that will disable it.

    Then you can reenable it by renaming it back and activating the plugin.
