I'm trying to figure out the difference between a few of the plugins …

I’m trying to figure out the difference between a few of the plugins from this developer.

I see:

And the screen shots (and descriptions) seem very similar.

So, my questions are, …

1. Is there a difference between these three plugins, from the same developer, and if so, .. how are they different and when should I use one vs another?

2. If these are similar, which one is the best or most preferred to use?

I basically want something that will allow me to manage and turn on or off some items of the admin and tool bar, both from the backend dashboard area as well as from the front end (while a user is logged in).

Any advice?
