    No, never use both (pick one, if you’re happy with the way WP Fastest Cache worked, just one that one then) as you will use more resources and caching files that take space, plus you won’t get higher performance in any case. In rare cases, you could end up with duplicate files. So, a no-no.

    The combine and minify CSS/JS was added as an extra for WP websites that don’t have a caching plugin in order to reduce HTTP requests even further.

    Asset CleanUp’s main thing is the ability to unload CSS/JS from pages. Once the pages are decluttered, WP Fastest Cache will take the remaining loaded files and minify/combine them.
