    When we are on the homescreen of our Events page the main image is blurry. We created the right size but it seems that WordPress is shrinking the image then expanding it back to the proper size, causing it to be blurry.

    When you select the Event the main image is clear so this is just a problem with the main page. How can I fix this?

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Definitely a strange thing to be happening. By default, the image on the list loop of our calendar should be pulling in the “medium” thumbnail. A couple of suggestions that may help:

    • Try following our Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a plugin or your default theme that is conflicting with the way WordPress handles cropping. After getting back to a vanilla install, you may need to regenerate your thumbnails.
    • Ensure that your theme doesn’t have a customized list view within a “tribe-events” folder within the theme
    • Ensure your theme has deregistered the default “medium” image size
