Image already added?

This HTML code is not introduced by WP Maintenance Mode:

<div class="pcl_tooltip_box">Image already added
<div class="arrow border">&nbsp;</div>
<div class="arrow">&nbsp;</div>
</div>

I recommend to double-check the html code from plugin’s settings (“Design” > “Content” section > “Text” in text mode) and delete that code if it’s there.
