Image ALT text

  • When viewing the source I am seeing that the post’s ‘caption’ is being used as the alt text, not the post’s actual alt text. Any idea when you will be supporting this?

    Hey gradyavant,

    Currently Instagram does not send us any information about the “alt” text you can add on Instagram.com. We imagine they will in the future and when they do, we will definitely support it in the plugin.

    So I suppose the answer is sometime in the future, depending on when Instagram decides to support this in their API.
