Please use this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q66lP2tu4uk to change the fonts of your site. You can reduce both width & height by using following css:

#page-banner img {
    width: 100%;
    height: 500px;
}

Note: Please use the custom css or child theme to write css.
