    Add Images and Videos to Sitemaps
    The image and video sitemaps help search engines index media on your site so that it can be displayed in searches for that specific type of media, e.g. images or video files.

  • Hi, images can be added to the sitemaps. Go to Setting > XML Sitemap and set the option “Add image tags for” to “Attached images” for each post type you want. Then make sure that your images in the Media Library are attached to a post or page (or custom post type) where they actually appear on your site.

    Video’s are not supported yet…
