Image as background not working

I have version 5.3.0 of AIO wp builder.
I bought the ultimate version to find a solution to not working image as background in my pages using the plugin and not working also!!!!
I submitted a Ticket tracking ID: 15Y-5U6-J4R3 like three days ago and no answer till now!!!I need help, please!
