Image as placeholder for background video in container block

    Hi
    I could not find a way to set a image as a placeholder for a container with video as background. Sometimes the video can’t be loaded (smartphone with limited connect for example, or any other reason), so its very useful to use a image as background if video can’t be loaded.
    How can I configure this image?
