Image attachement: How to not to save the image in the DB?

Hello, thanks for this wonderful plug-in. Comes in very handy.
I use your plugin with Contact Form 7. I have photo attachment in the email. I would like the user to be able to send me a photo attached to the email but don’t want these photos to be stored in the database (to save space and etc.).
Is there a way to do that?
