Image banner in the side menu only for home page

Hello,
I want to add image banner in the side bar which has to show only on the home page. We have this side bar site wide. I made this settings:
And also tried a lot of “combinations”but the add do not appear at all.
I tried to call it with the widget and php code, shortcode also do not show the ad: https://prnt.sc/uy_zpRAYfv76
Please help me to show this ad on the home page.
