Image before current category/page in sidebar!?

    I would like to have an arrow(image) before the current showing category/page in my sidebar. Like this:
    https://www.projekt07.info/pdf/sidebar.jpg

    Can anybody help me with this, i′m a newbie so try to explain it simple ??

    Is current-cat curret-page or list-style-image involved in some way??
