    Hello,
great plugin! It has worked out my problems with images on mobile devices.

On tablets and mobile the big images of my fullscreen sliders are getting blurred when activating the plugin. After deactivating the problem is gone. Can you help?

The site is in development, therefor I send you the link to the fullscreen slider demo I use. If you want I can send you login credentials to dev site.

    Best Regards

    Hello, my friend,

It is possible that an image might be downsized by the Adaptive Images plugin but the CSS and layout of the theme make it stretch to a point that it seems blurred.

I did check the link you attached to your post, but the Adaptive Images plugin is not activated the moment. Could you please activate it for me, so that I can check it out?

    Cheers,
    Takis

    Hello,
I am not able to activate it on the enfold theme demo site. And I cannot give you the login credentials to the dev server public. Can you send me an email adress where I can send the credentials?

    Hello,
thanks for your effort. The changing of the breakpoint sizes did not help, but I set the JPEG quality to 100 and now the images are much better.

    Hello, again,

For the record and for the other who might read this thread in the future, the issue was that the images were downsized to a level where -in combination to being a little bit stretched in width by the theme- caused them to appear blurry.

I believe that in such cases one should experiment with the the plugin settings a little bit, especially the breakpoints and/or the JPEG compression level, until they reach a satisfactory setup.

Also, a reminder to whoever does this, please remember to clear the plugin cache and your browser cache, each time you re-save the plugin settings.

    Cheers,
    Takis
