Image captcha don’t work in new installations

    Hi!

    I have installed the plugin on different sites and it works as usual, without any problems. But I have installed it in 2 new places, and in neither of them it works correctly.

    It won’t let me configure the captcha using images. It says that the image package is not installed. Although I have verified that images are installed.

    Is this a known issue?
    Is there any solution?

    Hi,

    Our plugin doesnt have any additional image packages by default. Please contact us via our Help Center (https://support.bestwebsoft.com/) to solve this issue.

    Hi

    Sorry, but your plugin does load an image package.
    After installing your plugin, I have a new folder in /wp-content/uploads
    The folder is: /bws_captcha_images
    Inside are the images used by your mathematical captcha.
    This is in all installations that I have done.
