    Hi there,

My current project is a website for wedding services. We used a template which doesn’t installed via templates but instead in the plugin section.

My problem is that when I use the Exclusive add-on carousel, in the preview mode in the wordpress dashboard everything is working. But when you open the link on the other browser and not in a wordpress dashboard, everything is a mess. All images and arrows are not inline, images are big.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi there, if it’s working correctly while logged in but not while logged out, then it’s likely related to an optimization plugin (because optimization plugins don’t run for logged in users). So if you have an optimization plugin that is combining JS, deferring/delaying JS, etc. then you will want to temporarily deactivate those features and flush all caches. If the issue is resolved, then you know that those features are indeed causing the problem. Then, (if your optimization plugins has this) you can exclude the files the JS files for Exclusive Addons.

Let me know if you have any questions or need any additional clarification.

Thank you for responding, I have deactivated the Siteground Optimizer and it did worked! I thought it was because of the incompatility of the theme ??

    Againg thank you very much.
