Image Carousel weird behavior

    Hello everyone.

    I have a problem with the use of the Elementor image carousel. I don’t know if this is due to a configuration error on my part or the normal carousel behavior that I really don’t like. See screenshot bellow.

    I want that when we click on an image of the carousel it opens the image in the viewer and that we can scroll through the other images. No problem with that.

    However, when the viewer is displayed, the image I clicked on is also displayed in the background under the viewer. What bothers me:

    1 – it is not aesthetic to have the image displayed behind the viewer

    2 – when we click next to an image of the viewer to exit and return to the page, we end up on the image that was initially clicked and must click again on the X button or next to the image to return to the initial page. Which adds a clearly unnecessary step.

    Would some of you have a solution to get around this?

    I am using WP 5.3.1, OceanWP 1.7.3 and Elementor 2.8.1

    Since you are using Elementor Pro on you website, you’ll need to open a support ticket at my.elementor.com.

    www.ads-software.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

    Hey. Thanks for your answer. By the time I asked this question I was not using Elementor Pro.
    I got in touch with their support after I upgraded and they helped me sort it.

    If anyone is having the same issue here is what worked for me :

    Hi Alexis,

    I can see the issue. You have two lightboxes being launched at the same time. One of the lightboxes (the one that appears at the top without the arrows) comes from your OceanWP theme.

    To disable it, you can refer to this guide from their documentation, or you could reach out to their support team for more information about how that can be done.
