Image category not working

  • Hello,

    I created a new image category called “cadeaubon” and assigned 2 images to this category. Then I created 2 gift card products (1 virtual and 1 not) and also here I assigned the image category. It worked before, but the extra images from the category don’t show anymore. I already recreated the image category with another name, but to no avail.
    Also, when checking the image category in the plugin settings, the counter stays on 0.

    As a second problem (refer to the link), the input fields are not nicely aligned.

    Please help ??

    Please, make sure that the image category is added correctly to the image in the Media library.
    You can add them manually from the selector of the list view.
    Please, take a look at this screenshot.

    I can see the fields correctly aligned on your site. Please, take a look at this screenshot.

    Do you have a different result? Could you send us a screenshot of it?

    The fields problem has been resolved by doing some CSS, maybe it had something to do with the used theme.

    Hello there,

    I see that you have an image with the category “Alles”.
    This category will by default select all the images, so you don’t have to add it.
    Try removing this category for that image.
