• Firstly, Thank you all for this great support forum!

This is actually my first post. I had a designer who left me high and dry for sometime now. I noticed on my gallery page the second/bottom set of images don’t function properly.

https://www.tubinaday.ca/gallery/ * This is the page in question.

When you click any of the top 6 images they enlarge to that image but the lower 6 images are behaving totally strange. You click on them but the image that enlarges/pops up is not the same image that you click on… Instead the above 6 images are showing up.

I’m not sure what to do, I’ve googled and you tubed this problem but not able to solve it yet. most likely something to do with …aaah I’m not even sure.

I hope I explained the issue clearly and correctly. I’m glad to clarify it if needed.

Can anyone please point me to where I can fix this problem.

Much appreciation to all and everyone.

    Thanks

The issue is there is script that prevents the usual media link from working and instead it displays an image as a modal. Somehow the correlation between page image and modal image has been corrupted. I expect the script is related to one of your plugins, possibly “Wonder Gallery”. You need to confirm which is the responsible plugin by selectively deactivating plugins. Either the gallery will not work or the modal will not work without the plugin.

Once the correct plugin is found, seek assistance through their dedicated support channel.

I’m not much technical but I did research and follow your answer. I deactivated the “Wonder Gallery” and it did nothing. I’m not at all actually even using that plugin.

    In this page: https://www.tubinaday.ca/gallery/

You’ll notice the first set of (6) images word FINE. You click on any of them and they expand to that image.

My issue is the lower set of (6) images that when click on any of them then don’t expand to that exact image. Rather they expand to the images of the first set of (6) images.

Also in the Admin panel (BackEnd), I don’t have any gallery plugin installed… I just have an menu/link on the left side where everything else is called Gallery. I simply click on that and Add images… There is no plugin called Gallery…

It’s just weird that the first two row of images actually expand to that image but the bottom two rows of images expand to the images of the first row and not that exact image clicked on.

I’m perplexed by this problem. Any suggestion or help out there…

    Much Appreciated… Thanks

Something called wonder gallery is loading JavaScript onto the page. It might be script meant for elsewhere on the site. It’s not too surprising my assumption the two were related is wrong. Anyway, script from something is intercepting the normal media link and instead displaying an image in a modal.

The script is probably built assuming only one gallery will occur on page. When there is more than one it gets confused about which modal media belongs to which page media. It might be that two instances of the script need to be invoked, each targeting a different gallery attribute. Doing this correctly can be tricky and I’m really only guessing in the first place.

You might be better off finding a different gallery plugin that better meets you needs without too much fuss.

Ok… Thanks… If it’s tricky I am not one to take on that task. I’ll leave it alone. Maybe one day my designer can come back online and I can ask him.

    Thanks for your suggestions!
