Image Comparison Formatting Issue

• Ensure your ElementsKit Lite plugin is updated to the latest version.
• Clear both your site and browser caches.
• Temporarily disable any caching plugins on your site and recheck to see if the issue persists.

If the problem continues, please perform a conflict test:

• Switch your theme to a default one like Twenty Twenty or Hello Elementor. Check if the issue still occurs. If it resolves, the issue is related to your theme.
• If switching themes doesn’t help, deactivate all plugins except for Elementor and ElementsKit.
• Recheck the site to see if the issue persists.

If the problem is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.

The conflict test will help you pinpoint the source of the issue and assist in resolving it. Please let us know the results of the conflict test.

Thanks so much for your reply! I did the conflict test. Plugin is the latest version, I purged the cache, disabled caching. I also checked on two other computers which have never visited the site, and it is showing the same problem. My theme is already Hello. I deactivated all plugins one by one and the issue was not resolved.

I hope you are doing well. It seems you’ve tried all the recommended steps, but the issue persists. To investigate further, could you please provide your system information? You can find it under Dashboard > Elementor > System Info. I’ll replicate the issue in a similar environment and update you as soon as possible.

This is an uncommon issue, but I will do my best to reproduce it for clarity. Also, please check if there’s any server-level caching mechanism that could be affecting the behavior. If so, temporarily disabling it might help with troubleshooting.
