    When I click on a player’s photo I get the error message:

    “THE IMAGE #X COULD NOT BE LOADED.”

    X would be order of the player…it happens on all of them.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Did you build this gallery using the tools from SportsPress?
    Or is it a different gallery plugin ?

    The link expect to display a larger image using lightbox.

    Yes, it’s a Player List using the GALLERY option under layout rather than list.

    Is there a way to redirect it to the player’s profile page instead of opening the larger image?

    Hmmmm …. makes me think you are having some sort of plugin conflict :
    https://nghapoe.ca/list/gallery/

    Did you turn off all other plugins and see if it works properly ?

    Also check your Player Lists settings :

    Here’s a list of active plugins. Any raise a red flag?

    I was instructed to add this code previously to remove a second player picture on their profile page:

    .sp_player .td-post-featured-image {
    display: none;
    }

    Could that be affecting it?

    Holy crap that’s a lotta plugins.

    I dunno.
    Your GDPR is throwing some errors :
    JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1
    cookieconfig.min.js?ver=4.1.2:1 opt-out
    cookieconfig.min.js?ver=4.1.2:1 fire cmplz_event_functional
    cookieconfig.min.js?ver=4.1.2:1 fire statistics
    cookieconfig.min.js?ver=4.1.2:1 fire cmplz_event_all
    (index):1870 enabling cookies

    Secondly, I would blame Woo-anything for all errors, conflicts, messes.

    But – just turn them all off except for SportPress, and re-fresh and see what happens.

    .sp_player .td-post-featured-image {
    display: none;
    }
    Could that be affecting it?

    Yeah, for sure. It’s intentionally not loading the featured image that is trying to load into the lightbox.

    I removed the code but got the same error, so I’ll take a look at plugins.
