Image crop is not working

  • Hi,

    When I am choosing crop feature from back end during form creation, I always get error “Photo too small, minimum size is 600px”. If I don’t choose crop feature, image is getting blurred/stretched badly.

    Please help about any workaround..

    Hi @pktri_wp,

    What setting do you have under the Uploads section in Ultimate member -> Settings?
    Have you set any custom uploads file size or image quality?
    You can try to reset Uploads section and see if this issue goes away.
    You can also try to do a conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or you theme. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
