Did you install the latest version of the prime slider? because we fixed the responsive issue. But make sure you are using a square size of an image.

I just updated the Pro to the latest version, but the problem persists with image are square 300×300 px full

I could fix on Dektop, Tablet and Mobile Landscape with following CSS but it doesn’t work for mobile vertical (tested on iphoneXs ):

.bdt-slideshow-items {
min-height: 720px !important;
}

.bdt-prime-slider-skin-isolate .bdt-slideshow-item img {
object-fit:none !important;
}

type is ‘isolate’ with iamge on the right

No, it’s not fix there by setting min-height– image is croped on mobile (don’t test on Elementor but on mobile)

On mobile iphone X is not working

Please investigate and try to fix

Our CSS settings above fixed only tablet and desktop
