Hello – have an issue with images on my home page slider. Everything appears fine in firefox, opera and safari but on my mobile browsers for the iphone the image is being cut off. Also, I don’t understand why in portrait view I can not get get the full site to show in the viewport without scrolling.

if someone can help me figure out what’s going on I’d appreciate it.

    Thanks

  • This is most likely as you are not using Responsive CSS, for example, setting the width as a percentage of the div as opposed to setting it to a px ie 600px…

Beyond that, it can be your theme, a plugin, etc that is not responsive (to mobile media screens)

it could also be that you need to clear cache on mobile browser…mobile browsers depend more heavily on cache (saves bandwidth)

Thanks – yeah, I have basically taken this template and deconstructed it to make it my own. It’s not responsive but it still renders properly on other sites I’ve used it with…that’s why it’s driving me nuts it’s not working for my own.

I just added a min-width to the wrapper and that some how solved the image problem.
