Image Data is Missing error

  • This is a great plugin and I very much want to use it. If I can get it to work I will look at Pro as well.

    The problem I have is that if I try and replace media or Export to Media I get an “Image Data is Missing” warning. When I inspect the page I see a 500 error and the same in JSON {“code”:”empty_data”,”message”:”Image Data is Missing”,”data”:null}

    I can download the edited image and then upload to replace the original so the problem seems to be when doing the replacement directly or exporting to media.

    The problem might be that, for some reason, it can’t send the image to the server. Try saving a smaller image, such as a thumbnail, which is usually just 150x150px. If it still can’t save this, try increasing the values for max_input_vars or upload_max_filesize in the php.ini file. If that doesn’t help either, please let me know, as there might be a bug in the plugin.

    Still does not replace the image. max_input_vars 10000, upload_max_filesize 128M

    I don’t know what the problem could be. Everything works on my site. What are the extension of your images? png, webp, jpeg? Do you use any other plugin related to images, or media library?
