Image description doesn’t show when clicking on button

  • Hi,

    I have a problem when clicking on the Pinterest button on one of my images to share it on Pinterest.
    When I click on it, the pop-up screen doesn’t show my description source, like the Post Title. Instead, I don’t even get an image (a box with a ? in it) and then no description or whatsoever. It only does work with my featured image, but for all the other images in my blogs it doesn’t work.
    For the record: I am using the page builder Visual Composer, maybe something is wrong with that?

    Hey @flipflopwanderers,

    please go to Advanced tab and change the_content priority to 100 and let me know if it helped.

    That worked for showing the description source, thank you!
    I only still have a box with a ? in it when I try to share it to Pinterest..
    How can I solve that?

    sorry for the late reply (was busy with my wedding last few weeks). The button seems to be working just fine on your website. Can I close this thread as resolved?

    Hi,
    Sorry for my late reply as well. The button does work, but when I want to save an image (the ones in my posts), I still get a ? box in the pop-up.
    How can this be fixed?
