Image dimensions not included in output

OK I found the setting for the alt tag, thanks
The style tag is used for the dimensions…

I was checking gtmetrix and it keeps asking for image dimensions but as everyone can see they are stated in the code output plain as day. It must be a problem with gtmetrix/pagespeed testing and the style tag.
