Image disappears on save action

I have exactly the same problem. When saving or updating an image, it is suddenly no longer there. The path and the preview are gone. The image then also no longer appears in the frontend and only shows a small black frame.

Please give me some advice.

I’ve used this plugin many times with no issues. I downloaded it today for another site and this happened. The only thing I can think of that’s different is today’s download. I’ve also tried it with both jpg and png and both disappear on save.

I had the same problem after I updated to version 4.2.4

It is clearly due to the new version 4.2.4, because when rolling back to 4.2.3 everything works again without any problems.

I removed 4.2.4 and replaced with with 4.2.3 and it works perfectly. Still no word from support though. Disappointing.

I have the same issue. Thanks for the suggestion of going back to “4.2.3” I’ll try that.

I have never had an issue with this plugin and just started having the same problem as well. Is the developer working on a patch for this issue?
