image does not appear

Hi Sandra, sorry you’re having trouble! Sometimes the drawing area starts out collapsed. Can you try clicking the little arrow on the right hand side of the Clickable Area #1 box? It’s also possible there’s a conflict with another plugin you have installed. If you’re still having trouble please send us an admin login to [email protected] and we’ll get it fixed for you!

No there is nothing that appears to be collapsed. In the apply color scheme it is showing theme option box (Quickly apply a theme (you can adjust each color afterwards).. one of the option is Draw attention , when I click on draw attention a warning message appears “applying a new theme will over ride the overall theme you have selected” Will this over ride the theme that I am using for the whole website or just the image ??

It only overrides the colors you’ve selected for that image, it doesn’t modify the rest of your website ??

Is there another tutorial video on this plugin to see if I have selected everything correctly as I have disabled all the plugins and its still not working

Do you see the “Clickable Area” sections at the bottom of the edit screen? And the button to add more clickable areas? If you can send a screenshot of your admin screen or a login it would help us figure out what’s going on. Thanks!
