I’m sorry to hear you’re having this trouble on your site. I viewed your site and a popup with an image displayed on my end immediately without clicking on the page.

Could you please tell us the name of the popup that is not working?

May we know if you have a caching system such as cache plugins, server cache, or CDN? In case you have, kindly resave the popup settings, and after doing so, could you clear the cache of the caching system? In this way, it will hold the saved changes, and the latest frontend will load properly.

Before testing the page, kindly clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Then kindly use a private or incognito window to test the popup.

Please let us know if this helps fix the issue or if you need further assistance with this matter.

I’m familiar with the cache issue and I had already tried a few things there. Indeed, I think it has to be my browser settings. Ghostery, Privacy Badger, AdBlocker?
All my devices have the same configuration, but I’ve asked a few friends. Looks like everything is okay.

Sorry for the unnecessary trouble, it’s not the Popup Maker.
