Image doesn’t fade in when scrolling down

I’m using this plugin with an image, and all works perfectly, but unfortunately the image doesn’t have a fade in effect when I scroll down and it appears. It does fade out on disappearance when I scroll up, though. So what can I do to apply the same when scrolling down? Thanks!
