Image doesn't show up

I guess the author is just not bothered about his users!
I tried to contact him by messaging him on facebook too but no replies. That’s pathetic and so unprofessional!

On the contrary – just because someone makes their software available for free does NOT mean that they should be under any obligation to provide free support.
For popular plugins that could take up over 100% of time.
