• About 50% of the images I have added to the media library come in sideways or upside down. I know how to edit and rotate the picture. However, after I do this and post the picture to my product the picture does not post. A small square box with a bold + in the center is what posts. I have spent several days trying to solve this issue with no luck.

  • It is best to Photoshop your images to the exact size before adding to WordPress.

It isn’t the size that is a problem. I can take ten exact picures and half will load in the correct direction and half will be upside or sideways. So, I really don’t think it is a size issue.

The picture will load to my product as a picture, even though it is sideways or upside down, just fine if I do not edit it. But if I edit it and rotate the picture then it won’t load to my product correctly. It just loads a small square box with a bold + inside it!

Thank you for your input though

Can you supply a link to a page with an image appearing incorrectly? Without seeing the code there is not much we can do but guess…

I am new to all this. I am not sure how to supply a link. I think the following is what you are asking for:

    prettythoughts.com/product/purple-light-crystal-snowflake-earrings

If that isn’t what you need please let me know. I don’t like it like that on the website so I had deleted these small boxes with no pic off, but I added this one so you could see.

Thanks for any and all help.

Is this site live? I am seeing a “This domain is for sale” message on that page.
