    Hi, after i installed the plugin and regenerated images still my images showing .jpg and not .webp extension … how do i know even this plugin is working? please advise.

    Have you read the FAQ plugins and other threads in the support forum?

    Always adding your thread, read plugin FAQ and other threads in support forum first. Perhaps someone had a similar problem and it has been resolved. This will save time repeating the same issues many times and solving the same problems.

    The FAQ contains too information about what information I need when someone adds a new thread in the technical support section. Without this information, it cannot help you. Having the complete information I can help better and faster, and I think you and I care about it.

    Hi, yes i read the FAQs first also checked server configuration which is all find still my images showing .jpg extension instead of .webp that’s why i contacted you .. can i have your email to communicate directly?

    It is normal that they show the JPG extension. The plugin does not change URLs. In the FAQ you have instructions on how to check if the plugin works.
