Pods was updated to version 2.8.2 yesterday, and ever since then the Image field no longer stores any images I try to add. The page I’m including shows the result: The first item (toucan story) contains an item created with a previous version of Pods, and the other two items were created this morning.

I’ve tried adding different images to these two items, but every time I update the items, the image field comes back empty.

Can I roll back to a previous version of Pods?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I solved the issue on my own, by opening the Pod in Pods Admin and saving it.

In the future, if needed, you can download the last stable version before Pods 2.8 which is Pods 2.7.31 here: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/pods.2.7.31.zip

Then just go to Plugins > Add New > Upload and upload the ZIP file. WordPress will walk you through the update process and it will replace your 2.8.2 version with the 2.7.31 version.

I had the very same thing… resaving the Pod in admin worked like a charm. Thanks for sharing your fix.

I have the same problem but I don’t understand how they solved it.

What is to open POD in admin and save it again?

Hi @ggv2024, here are the steps:

    1. From the main menu, select Pods Admin > Edit Pods
    2. Select the Pod you want to edit
    3. In the box marked Manage select Save Pod

That should be enough to correct the problem.
