Image & file is not working

In profile field this is option for image & file, I can see “choose file” button in admin panel but in original registration page there is only a discription text. I can’t find any button to upload image or other file. please do something. I’m using latest verson of wordpress and buddypress. & I also using Buddypress Upload Avatar Ajax plugin
