Image files not appearing after restore with updraft

  • After upgrading to 6.2 my site went critical, have restored using updraft plus but the image files are either missing or very slow to load. Have tried to restore again but still no luck…any thoughts?

  • Hi Chris,
    Did you include media (wp-content/uploads) files during your UpdraftPlus backup? Your media file is completely missing.

    It’ll be best to talk with your hosting and ask them to restore it. The maximum hosting company has a daily backup system.
