image folder with hebrew names

Hi, i am inserting new entry with hebrew name and cannot upload an image for this entry.
after checking, i see that the sub folders under the plugin image folder(wp-content\uploads\connections-images) which contain the images i uploaded, are with undefined charecters. when i insert an entry in english, everything is fine.
is there any solution for that?
it understand that the folder name constructed with the entry name but maybe it can be seperate so i can choose manually the sub folder name?
