    To answer your questions:
    1. Is there a way to position the pop-up in the middle of the screen instead of at the top?
    Yes you can use the custom css option to set the vertical height to be 40vh (you can play around with this setting to see what suits best)

    2. IS there a way top only use an image instead of the provided templates?
    There is a template with a heading and an image. If you leave the heading blank, only the image shows.

    is there a way to make the pop up bigger than its difficult size?

    Hi there,

    Currently you can increase the height of the Popup, but not the width.
    You can do this by selecting the background section in the editor and increasing the height.

    We are working on this for our future versions where you will you will be able to increase the size, and even make it full screen.
