Image from post in notification email?

Is there a way for images, which are in a post, to be displayed in the post notification email?

Are you just including the Excerpt in your Post Notifications or the full post?

If you are using the excerpt you will need to make sure to add the image as the featured image on your post (more info here).

If you are showing the full post they should be included, are images included in your other email types?
