Image Get's Cropped Even Though Dimension are Correct

    I have inserted a header image to replace the default image at https://www.test.gospelconcerns.com. However, even though I have the dimensions of the image at 300×90 as it is supposed to be, it forces me to crop it, leaving the top and bottom of the globe outside of the crop area. Why is this? What can I do to capture the whole image since I am using the dimensions the theme requires?
    Using Small Business Theme.
