I’m having several issues with the Elementor Add on. Currently using Media Assistant plug in to help create filterable categories within my image grid. When I click on a filter, inconsistently images don’t appear properly. For example, when i click on Bathrooms, no images appear but at other times, they do. Before, I had it set to “load more” instead of pagination, and at that point, loading more would occasionally work but sometimes I had to click “load more” more than once to get all images to appear.

Another issue is that when I do have images loaded, such as under All Photos, when I click on a page or Next Page, it takes me to the top of the page, not the next page of images.

3rd issue- there is a top and left border on the images area that I cannot figure out how to turn off. I have checked every setting and have no borders on anywhere.

I am not able to send a link of the page as the site isn’t live yet. I can send screen shots or a video if needed.

    Hi,
First, thank you for choosing our Theme and Plugin.

Could you please elaborate on the matter further? Additionally, if you could provide a screenshots, if applicable, I would be happy to assist you to the best of my ability.

    Kind Regards,

Not sure what other info you need as I provided a lot of detail above? What do you not understand? Basically filters are not working. At this point, I have about 6 filters and none of them work except one. All images have been correctly attached to categories, but they are not showing up.

My border issue should be detailed enough. All border settings are turned off, but I am still getting a border.

For the images that DO load, when I click on “next page” at the bottom of the images to see more, it takes me to the top of the web page, not to the next page of images.

    Hi again,

it’s difficult to pinpoint the issue without seeing the live site. Based on the screenshots, the problem likely lies in the widget settings. To troubleshoot, please try the following:

    1. Create a new page and add the widget there. This helps isolate if the issue is with the specific page or the widget itself.
    2. Check that your filter categories are correctly configured and assigned to the relevant products.
    3. Although our module works seamlessly, conflicts with other plugins or themes can sometimes occur. Temporarily deactivate other plugins to see if that resolves the issue.

    Kind Regards

I have been corresponding with someone at Media Library Assistant as I am also using that plug in to help categorize the media to filter with your widget. They helped me to get the filters working properly by Changing the Items Per Page number to more than the total number of images I have. He said that was the only way with your widget. However, I have 71 images, so this means that all 71 are loaded on the page when scrolling to this section (that’s no good!). I de-selected the Show “All” Filter but that only removed the actual filter. All 71 images still load immediately. Is there a better way to do this that shows some images, but not all and does not create issues with filtering?

Also- the inset border issue is driving me crazy. I have been through every single setting with a fine tooth comb and cannot figure out where this is coming from?? Any idea what it is and how to turn it off? I tried deactivating all widgets and that didn’t solve the issue.

Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well.

We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
