Image Height setting not working

Using the shortcode settings
image_source="large" image_height="80" image_width="100"
the images however are not reducing in height. They are remaining full height. Have tried resetting the width along with the height and neither change. The image remains the actual image size. I tried switching to ‘image_source=”full” ‘ and same results. ‘ image_source=”medium”‘ reduces the image too much. Any suggestions?
