Image Hover for Phone

    I was just wondering whether there was any way to make it so when accessing my website via mobile the posts title will show, it currently isn’t as you need to hover over the images (which you cannot do on a phone) Is there any possible way to resolve this, as right now my website on my phone is just a bunch of images without a title which I would really like to have.
