image hover over not working, no expiry date setting available

hi there
added the plugin to the store but there are a couple of errors with it. firstly the main image disappears when the customer hovers over it. is there a fix for this?
also there is no options to select the expiry date in the backend as per the documentation.

The problem with the image seems be caused by another plugin and we don’t have any functionality when hovering the image. Could check it again having only WooCommerce and our plugin enable or even changing the theme? We couldn’t check this issue in your site as the product is protected with a password.
Regarding the option to change the expiration date, this feature is only included in the premium version, you can see the features of the free version of the official documentation.
Let us know if in the test you could manage to stop the problem with the image.
