Image in custom block

Tested custom block in Gutenberg edit.

Work fine at first. But if filled block attributes (text field setting for every block) and reloaded page – we got error https://take.ms/CyzJN and can’t edit block anymore.
Details show that img tag was wrapped to figure tag – https://take.ms/XEF3A
I change the code of block, added figure tag, but issues not disappeared(((The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
